My plan was to show you pictures of the GrandSpark who arrived yesterday with the Far-Away Sparkette, who isn’t so far away for the next three weeks.  But my plan isn’t working.

And I’m pretty irritated about it.

I’m irritated mostly at myself.  This all comes from not understanding how to take a photo with my phone, download it onto my computer, and then get some of the photos back on my phone but not all of them.  As far as I can tell, if a photo leaves my camera roll, goes to my computer and then ends up back on my phone, I can’t delete it without going into my computer and deleting it from there and then re-syncing the phone.  And though I know this is possible, it is very confusing for me to download into one file, transfer selected photos to another file, and then upload the rest back onto my phone.  It’s not simple or intuitive to me.  And I don’t understand why it isn’t.  I don’t think it should be this hard for me to understand it.

I decided to just email the photos from my phone to my computer, thinking this might get me around the problem for tonight.  What I forgot is that every time I do that, it usually takes hours– sometimes days– for the photos to actually end up in my email.  I cannot fathom why it takes so long.  But the photos haven’t shown up.

So no photos tonight.  But this much I can tell you:  that baby is darn cute.  You’re just going to have to trust me on this one.

You can upload the pic from your phone into the WordPress app, then go onto your computer and finish your blog. Start a post in the app. Add the pic from your phone, then save the post. Then it will be in Word press on your computer and ready to go.

I’m just proud I could even follow your concept-stream, let alone do such a task myself! ;)
